AWO INCOMING MISSION THAI GOVERNMENT

The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in close cooperation with the Austrian Trade Delegation in Bangkok, was very successful in organising an in-coming mission for high Thai Government officials, strongly assisted and driven by Frequentis - the flagship of the Austrian communication and navigation community. Delegates from the Thai Ministry of Transport, Marine Department, the Ministry of Defence, Military Information Department and the Aeronautical Radio of Thailand (AEROTHAI) had spent almost a week on works visits in Austria, when their technical visits culminated in a meeting with executives from Austrian companies in the field of VTMIS Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Information Systems in the premises of the AWO - Austrian Foreign Trade Promotion Organisation, South East Asia Section, perfectly hosted by Mister Reinhart Zimmermann and Beatrix Gruenboeck. The event was generously supported by the «go-international initiative» of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour and the Federal Economic Chamber.
